Driftwood Cottage is a new light and airy eco-cottage located in the heart of the Village of Findhorn, a stones throw from Findhorn Bay and the Piers. "Driftwood" is a self-catering holiday cottage with a sheltered and private south-facing courtyard to enjoy some out door living. It is surrounded by a blue picket fence off a quiet pedestrian lane, set back from the road with off-street parking, snuggled into the centre of the old sea town of Findhorn Village. 

Driftwood Cottage at 157 Findhorn is an architect-designed cottage completed March 2011 and available for weekly holiday rentals for this summer.

Picturesque, vibrant

Findhorn is an ideal family holiday destination with its long sands, sheltered bay and warm atmosphere. The picturesque Findhorn Village is a vibrant community with something for everyone. Based around the estuary there is a wealth of water sports from the doorstep including sailing, canoeing and wind surfing. Boat rental & instruction is available on the doorstep at the Findhorn Marina.

A short walk further along the Bayside the Nature Reserve is home to birds and bird-watchers alike. Warm summer evenings bring visiting Ospreys for the fishing and the Sandbar at the Point gives regular sightings of the resident Seals.

Everything at hand for that perfect holiday

Findhorn has a well stocked Village Shop & Post Office, Organic Bakery & Bakehouse Café serving excellent evening meals at weekends. The Kimberly Inn and the Crown & Anchor pubs both provide family friendly quality seafood with outside sitting areas with sea views.

The internationally renown Findhorn Foundation is less than one mile walk and is home to many Events along with the Blue Angel Café, Phoenix Delicatessen Universal Hall arts venue and the Moray Art Centre.
